Boundaries, Release, and the Freedom to Heal

Many of us misunderstand boundaries. We think they are walls, designed to keep people out. But in truth, boundaries are bridges — they create healthy connections by ensuring that we honor ourselves while still engaging with others.
Without boundaries, we lose ourselves. Without release, we carry weight that was never meant for us. Healing requires both.
Release is the act of naming and letting go. Each time we say, ‘I release fear,’ or ‘I release shame,’ we loosen its hold on us. We take a step closer to freedom.
✨ Visualization Practice: Close your eyes and imagine yourself lighter, freer, unburdened. What would it feel like to let go of what no longer serves you?
At STRETCH, we’ll practice release together — opening our hands, setting down the heavy things, and making room for healing.
